Didn't feel like getting out of bed but as always was glad that I did. Sluggish start but speeded up towards the end to bring my average pace down as far as possible.  Have just eaten my breakfast with my feet in the canal which does seem to make my feet and ankles feel less tired.

After less than a mile had to walk home as my lungs had gone into squeaking mode as I forgot to do the inhalor stuff before I went out.  I realised as soon as I was out the door but thought that with the warm weather I'd get away with it.  Apparantly not.
